- AD75 Swiss Travel Passes are only available to travel agents, tour operators, employees of Swiss embassies and consulates or staff of Swiss International Airlines.
Applications from those working at airports, other airlines or any company that is not a travel agency or tour operator will automatically be rejected.
The application must be completed with your agency stamp, manager’s signature and a valid professional email address. Business cards are not valid proof of employment and Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc accounts will not be accepted.
STC reserves the right to refuse incomplete or unsigned applications as well as enquiries where it does not believe the application qualifies for a concessionary pass according to the conditions outlined here.
- A reduction in price is offered on the Swiss Travel Pass for the qualifying person plus ONE companion. Additional travellers will not be accepted and no youth discounts will be offered.
Swiss Travel Passes for additional passengers or mountain tickets for use in conjunction with an AD75 Swiss Travel Pass can be purchased via www.swissrailways.com.
- Children aged 6-15 years can travel free of charge with a Swiss Family Card provided they are travelling with a parent holding a valid AD75 Swiss Travel Pass.
- Only one AD75 application can be made per person, per calendar year.
- Please state the reason for the application (press trip, study trip, private trip etc).
- The Swiss Travel Pass is valid for non-residents of Switzerland only.
- Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your AD75 Pass request.
Applications for travel within 5 days will not be accepted. - An administration fee of CHF 30.00 per person applies.
- Pass(es) will only be issued once payment is received. A secure payment link will be provided. It is the applicant’s responsibility to inform STC once payment has been made.
- AD75 Passes are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable once issued.
- Should an AD75 Pass be sold to the general public, STC will not accept any future concessionary requests from the agency or applicant.
- STC acts only as an issuing agent for Swiss Travel System (STS).
- By sending us a completed, signed application form, you are entering an agreement for a concessionary pass and are confirming that you have accepted these terms and conditions.
